Additional Services We Provide:
Duct Leakage Testing: $100.00 per duct system (if required).
We will identify and mark specific duct leakage locations.
Completion of forms for governmental energy efficiency loan program: $75.00
We can assess whether you will benefit from an Energy Efficiency mortgage for your new home or existing before your final loan documents are prepared. We also prepare all of the necessary HUD documents for you.
Home visit to diagnose specific energy problem (A “walk-through “ Audit*):
Up to two hours of diagnostic time: $250.00
Additional time (if required): $75.00 per hour
* This service does not include a formal report.
It does include a list of steps that you will want to take to solve your specific problem.
More than one heating/cooling system: $75.00 per system.
Cathedral ceilings or ceilings higher than ten feet: $50.00 per house.
