HERI, LLC. offers independent, third party verification services to builders and architects for Energy Star® Certification.

Benefits of our consultation services include eligibility for the *federal tax credit, $2,000 - $5,000 if you employ some straightforward energy-saving building practices, plus the increased value of your more energy efficient properties, earning you a competitive marketing edge. We will “pre-certify” your plans before you break ground, and provide you with all of the appropriate specifications for your subcontractors. A few more quick on-site inspections which will not delay the construction process, and you receive this valuable certification.
